Maintenance Details:

Location: San Francisco, CA Datacenter
Maintenance Type: Scheduled Maintenance
Category: Networking Systems
Start Date/Time: May 24th, 2023 @ 2:00AM PDT
End Date/Time: May 24th, 2023 @ 7:00AM PDT
Duration: 5 Hours

Description:
Atlantic.Net IP Engineering team will be replacing Core Distribution switching systems within ANET’s SFO cloud pod. This work is being completed to mitigate faulty hardware and upgrade overall network capacity at the site. Networking will be operating in reduced redundancy mode as device components are swapped out.
What this means to you:

Though no sustained downtime is expected while conducting this work, there WILL be brief periods of packet-loss and higher latency due to sub optimal routing during route convergence. You should expect this to happen more than once and will generally last no more than a few minutes at most.
