End Date & Time: 7/9/2026 @ 1:00 AM EDT

Purpose for Maintenance Window:
Faulty cabling has been identified on core network switches as the likely contributing factor to the network irregularities experienced on Monday evening, 7/6/2026. Replacement cabling has been procured and will be installed during this maintenance window to remediate the issue and prevent recurrence.

Expected Impact:
No customer impact is anticipated. Cables will be replaced sequentially, one connection per switch stack member within each high-availability (HA) pair at a time, to maintain continuous service availability throughout the maintenance window.
