Update
The aforementioned connectivity issues have been remedied by our Network Engineering team and we have observed connectivity return to affected devices. Maintenance on our carrier circuits will continue until completion or the previously planned end of the window at 6:00 AM ET.

We are aware of potential network connectivity issues following changes made as a result of this maintenance. We are currently working with our Network Engineers to resolve these issues in a timely manner. You may experience periods where your servers are inaccessible while our team works to resolve the issue.

The Network Operations team will be performing emergency maintenance on our ORL1 carrier circuits to correct identified configuration issues that may impact services in our new data center facility.
To minimize disruption, maintenance will be conducted on one carrier circuit peering session at a time. While this approach reduces the risk of a full service outage, customers may experience brief, intermittent network interruptions as routes converge to alternate transport paths.
Maintenance Window - Start: December 10, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET - End: December 11, 2025 at 6:00 AM ET - Duration: 8 hours - Impacted Locations: ORL1, ORL2 Data Centers
