Maintenance Details:

Location: SFO-CA Data Center
Start time: 6:00M PT 8/1/2023 (9:00 PM ET)
End time: 3:00 AM PT 8/1/2023 (6:00 AM ET)

Description:

One of our Internet Carriers has announced a Maintenance window for Network upgrades affecting our San Francisco, California datacenter. During this time, there could be brief periods of packet loss and higher latency than normal. All traffic will be diverted to a redundant provider from their circuits prior to the start of maintenance.


What this means to you:

Though no impact is expected there may be a brief period of packet-loss and higher latency during routing convergence. This data center will be functioning on a secondary provider, resulting in reduced network redundancy throughout the maintenance.
