Summary:
We initiated the planned Ubersmith upgrade on October 23, 2025. Due to conditions encountered during the procedure, we have halted the change and restored services. The upgrade was not completed.

Impact:
During the attempted window, Ubersmith portal access was unavailable. All services have been restored and are functioning as expected. No customer action is required.

Next steps:
We will reschedule this maintenance after completing additional validation and test steps. The new maintenance window will be announced here with at least 48 hours’ notice. When: Thursday, October 23, 2025, starting at 5 p.m. EDT. Maintenance duration is expected to be lengthy.

Impact: The Ubersmith customer portal will be unavailable during the maintenance window, there may be a delay in responding to customer email requests and account management functions will be unavailable at this time.
