Our Network Operations team will be performing scheduled maintenance impacting all customers on our Cloud Services platform. This work is being completed to improve network resiliency and ensure continued reliable service.
Maintenance Window:
Start: Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:00 PM ET
End: Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 2:00 AM ET
Duration: 4 hours
Impact: During the maintenance window, customers should expect an intermittent service interruption totaling approximately 15–20 minutes as network connectivity stabilizes. Services will automatically recover once the transition is complete.
Our engineering teams will closely monitor the work to minimize impact and ensure a smooth change.
