Re-integration of the carrier circuit is now completed and the network is normalized and stable. The Network Engineering team is now closing this incident.

The Network Engineering team has identified the root cause of the outage this afternoon and have worked with the hardware vendor to mitigate the issue. They are now working to re-integrate the carrier circuit back into the transport network.

Networking Engineering is seeing the DAL-TX network stabilized at this time. Root cause of the outage is still under investigation.
Further updates will be made available once the root cause is identified.

Network Engineering has identified a potential cause of the issues and have deactivated the carrier circuit in question. Root cause is still being investigated.

Networking Engineering was notified of a network related incident at our DAL-TX data center. Network Engineers are investigating the root cause at this time.
