Purpose for Maintenance


Atlantic.Net Billing and Ticketing systems will be undergoing maintenance, during which we will apply additional updates to our Service Portal applications.

Customer Support


During this maintenance, both our public Billing and Ticketing systems will be unavailable. Our support staff will remain available to assist customers via phone. Any email sent to our ticketing system will be temporarily deferred. Once all systems are back online, all deferred emails will be delivered to our ticketing systems and will be immediately reviewed and addressed by our support staff.
