Atlantic.Net's goal is to provide you with the most dependable and flexible hosting infrastructure in the industry. To ensure the most reliable service, we are planning the below maintenance window.

Maintenance Details

Location: Orlando Data Center Facilities
Start Date & Time: Saturday, October 16, 2021 @ 06:00 (UTC -05:00)
End Date & Time: Saturday, October 16, 2021 @ 18:00 (UTC -05:00)
Duration: 12 hours

Expected Impact:
Intermittent connectivity to Helpdesk billing and ticketing systems.

Purpose for Maintenance Window:
Atlantic.Net will be migrating and upgrading our Helpdesk billing and ticket systems to new core hosting infrastructure. During this maintenance window the Helpdesk systems will be unavailable. Customers submitting new support tickets or following up on existing tickets, will have their emails queued until the migration is complete.

A temporary email address - support@staff.atlantic.net - has been set up and will be actively monitored for the duration of the maintenance window so customers are still able to contact Support via email.

Expected Result of Actions:
Helpdesk billing and ticket systems will be successfully migrated to our new redundant core infrastructure and will be available for continued monitoring and support.
